About Us
Who We Are and What We Do
It all started for us in 2019 when Giving Life Outreach’s founders Cindy & Danny McCollor begun fully supporting 12 orphan children in Sierra Leone. We provided food, housing, and education (school fees), and all other care.
Cindy & Danny served as missionaries of the Assembly of God Church previously living in Sierra Leone for 4 and 1/2 years. Since that time we helped form many churches, we also provided medical equipment, medicine, bibles and other books, and over 300 water filters for clean drinking water. It is our goal to continue to help the people of Sierra Leone and to expand our care in each of the areas through our partners here in the USA and in West Africa.
Faith
We are a group of people promoting the Christian Faith through assistance in Church Planting, distribution of Bibles and other Christian Literature. We have also provided Christian Films, Projection Equipment, and Sound Systems that explain the Christian Faith and the message of the bible in many languages.
Health
We have already provided and will continue to provide medicine for the sick, funds for needed healthcare and surgery, and many thousands of dollars worth of medical equipment. (rubber surgical gloves and other surgical equipment including scalpels, scissors, forceps, clamps, suture materials etc.)
Education
With the help of a few friends we have provided the full amount paid for the education of all the children living in the care of The Betty Savage Memorial Children’s Home in Bo #2 Sierra Leone. We have shipped to Sierra Leone and distributed many educational and children’s books, paid for school fees, tutors, and encouraged children to value their education, and especially reading. This is in a nation where there is a high illiteracy rate among people of all ages, and many children never attend school.
